Shopping Information
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Latvia - free. European Union 9€.
Other countries 25€.

All orders we ship with OMNIVA, DPD, DHL, FedEX, it depends on your area.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped typically arrive within 5-7 business days in Europe.
International orders typically arrive within 5-14 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
How long will it take to get my package?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received after 5:00 p.m will be processed the next business day. Office working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If there is a delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Order returns
How can I return an order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thefocuspair.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the item is damaged or missing, what should I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
When will I receive my money after returning the item?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund went successfully. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do i receive a product warranty?
Yes, in TheFocusPair we believe in the quality of our goods and warrants to the consumer that, for one years from the date of purchase, the goods will be replaced or repaired for any product that is defective in materials or workmanship.
TheFocusPair Warranty does not cover damage to frames or lenses caused by abuse, neglect, unreasonable use of the product or failure to follow instructions provided with the product. We do not warrant against normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage. Lost items are not covered by the warranty.
