Order processing times.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received after 5:00 p.m will be processed the next business day. Office working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If there is a delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
Domestic and international shipping options.
We ship worldwide. All the goods are shipped from our warehouse (EU). Orders we ship with DHL, FedEX, DPD, OMNIVA carrier.
In case your country is not listed during the checkout, please send us a message info@thefocuspair.com and we will provide you with the available shipping options.

Shipping rates & delivery time
All orders we ship with OMNIVA, DPD, DHL, FedEX, it depends on your area.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped typically arrive within 5-7 business days in Europe.
International orders typically arrive within 5-14 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.thefocuspair.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please, note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, lost, stolen
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Address errors, delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund went successfully. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
